Running out of hand towels is a small problem that always happens at the worst hour, and the usual fix is somebody driving to a big box store on their own time. Local delivery on all orders is free, so restocking stops being an errand.
Because we clean buildings as well as supply them, the order tends to get right faster. We already know what a building of that size gets through in a month.

Why a properly cleaned room matters
A recent study by the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture found that cleaning a room properly led to 52% less dust in the air, and 95% less bacteria in the air.
Properly is the operative word, and it is mostly a question of having the right thing to hand. A disinfectant that is never restocked is the same as no disinfectant.
