Inside the building
Commercial janitorial service
Create a positive first impression by meeting clients in a pristine office. We clean commercial buildings across Athens and Limestone County on a schedule built with you, not handed to you.
Chapter 01
What a night on your floors actually involves
Floor care gets written as two words on most price lists, and it is really four separate operations. Stripping takes the old finish off. Waxing puts a new one down. Scrubbing cleans the finish that is already there, and buffing brings the shine back up without touching the coat underneath.
They run on different intervals, and that is the whole point of putting them on a schedule. A hard floor that only ever gets scrubbed will keep getting cleaner and still keep looking duller, because nothing has restored the finish. Carpet is the same argument in a different material, which is why we do that too rather than sending you elsewhere.

The parts of a building people stop noticing
Restrooms are the room a visitor judges hardest and the one that shows drift fastest, so sanitation is its own job rather than a wipe down on the way past. Glass is the other one. Clean glass is invisible and dirty glass is the first thing anybody sees.
Then there are the small things nobody has a process for. A dead bulb over a desk. A ceiling tile with a water stain on it. We replace both, because the alternative is a building that is technically clean and still looks neglected.
Chapter 03
Day porter cover for the hours you are open
Some buildings cannot wait until the evening. Reception traffic, a busy restroom, a lunch room that turns over three times a day: those need somebody there while the building is in use, not eight hours after the mess was made.
A day porter handles that running upkeep during opening hours, and the main clean still happens when the building is quiet. Most of our customers use some mix of the two rather than one or the other.
Built around your schedule and your budget
We will work together to devise a cleaning schedule that meets your needs and budget. That is not a softener, it is how the quote gets built: what the building actually needs, how often, and what that costs, before anything is agreed.
Quality assurance runs alongside it, so the standard that was agreed at the start is the standard being checked against months later. Estimates are free.
Outside the walls too
Pressure washing takes care of the walkways, the entrance and the elevations where dirt is obvious from the car park. Roof and gutter cleaning is the less visible half, and it is the one that turns into a repair bill if it is left.
Construction clean-up is the other job we take on: getting a finished space from builders' dust to a room somebody can actually move into.
