We have been in Athens a long time, and it is important to us that we take care of the needs of our friends within the community.

Why one company does both.
Most buildings end up with two arrangements. Somebody cleans the inside, somebody else cuts the grass, and the two never speak. Over a year the standards drift apart, and the property starts to look after itself in halves.
We do both because it is the same discipline applied to two different surfaces: a fixed round, at a fixed interval, checked against the standard that was agreed at the start. The cleaning runs as Biggs Cleaning Service and the grounds work runs as BCS Lawn Care Service, out of the same office, on the same phone number.
Being family owned is the practical part of that. The people quoting the work are the people answering when something is not right.
Where we work.
Athens and Limestone County, in North Alabama. Close enough that a supply delivery is not a logistics exercise, which is why local delivery on orders is free.
